These days, it can be tough. What gym do I go to? What program do I do (there’s a million online)? Am I doing this right? Did I download the right App for this? Am I getting stronger? Am I working hard enough? All of these questions are answered for you at BTC. Each class is developed and taught by a certified trainer watching your form and making sure you give it everything you’ve got while staying safe at the same time. And lastly, you can’t get better without having fun. Having fun is a driving factor in how we develop our programming. You’ll be pushed to your limits each time you come in but somehow you’ll be having fun the whole time.
“Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym” , somebody once said. The truth is, we need both fitness and nutrition. They build off each other and a program that is only fitness or only nutrition is like wearing a really nice suit, but with no pants. It just doesn’t work as well. And then what the heck do we eat? Only 100 calorie snacks, Paleo, Zone, Atkins, Raw vegan, solely organic vegetables sourced from subtropical climate zones? (Darn it internet, so many choices!) Have you ever been to a gym that tightly integrates fitness with nutrition? We haven’t. That’s why we’ve been diligently working to produce the best program for teaching our community how to eat and live for health and performance. And here’s a trade secret (shhh!) each member develops a different way of eating. It depends on YOU. There is NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL DIET! The special sauce as we say. Our programs are built to foster a community of people who encourage each other and hold each other accountable. It’s much easier to push yourself when you’re working in a team or going head-to-head with other members of your class. Big ego’s don’t belong at our gym, our classes will challenge each and every person no matter what your fitness level. We have all types of different members. We have existing athletes, couch potatoes (recovering), members with 30 years of fitness training, members with 30 minutes of fitness training, ex-college athletes, members who need to lose weight, members who need to gain weight. It doesn’t matter! All that matters is that you show up, and put the work in. Come and join our family!
You don’t have to get in shape to come to us. That’s what we are here for!! We offer 3 different types of training. Inside each type of training is multiple levels of progression and modifications. Depending on your goals and your fitness levels we will workout (pun intended) a custom road map for you to get to where you want to go. Do you get winded when you check the mailbox? We’ve got a program for you. Are you a current or ex-high level athlete? We’ve got you covered (trust me, we’ll kick your butt). If you are afraid to get started, don’t be.
