October 2012 (6 weeks post partum), 1 1/2 years at BTC
WHAT WAS YOUR FITNESS LIKE BEFORE BTC?
Non existent. I ate what a I wanted and spent most of my time in bed/on the couch.
WHAT IS LIFE LIKE NOW?
I went from a couch potato to training like an athlete. I run 5ks when I used to not be able to run 10 feet. I lift heavier every week than I could the week before. My diet is 95% clean. I used to think eating less = weight loss/ being healthy however I’ve learned its about quality and not quantity. I’m living my life with no limit, constantly being surprised at what my body is capable of.
My success is a reflection of the amazing trainers at BTC who have encouraged me, pushed me, held my hand and allowed me to cry when I needed to. The support I get from my BTC family is not anything you get anywhere else and I am so grateful for everyone!
